Often we hear of organizations trying to create a “culture of excellence” or claiming it as something they possess. Well, let me ask you this, “how do you do that?” and “what qualifies your success?” I believe I have an answer. Maybe not the answer, but certainly an answer. To build a culture of excellence, your entire organization must be focused on the same goals with the same attitudes and executing the same values.
