MHTN is committed to cultivating a Culture of Excellence by providing a formal professional development program that enhances performance and growth. In essence, our goal is to ensure that each person in our firm develops on an individual level along with meeting the overall mission of our practice. MHTN aligns mentors between experienced leaders and interns, and each MHTN team member is given a tool to track and set their own professional goals on an annual basis.

To respond to the evolving world around us, MHTN provides weekly training, both in-house as well as supporting programs outside the firm. To assist our employees in obtaining and furthering their education, MHTN has AIA accreditation which enables the firm to provide training programs for national AIA credit. Weekly In-house Training Workshops are lead by team members throughout the firm to attain a deep cross-section of knowledge, and to develop communication and client-focused skills.
