Salt Lake City International Airport

Under Master Airport Architect, HOK, this landmark redevelopment project encompasses a complete phased replacement of the Salt Lake City International Airport and will provide much needed upgrades to the size of gate and greeting areas, passenger tech device services, security, and earthquake protection. Moving towards modern efficiency, the new terminal will showcase the beauty of Utah’s natural landscape, with materials and finishes inspired by canyon geology and surrounding mountain landscapes. Art and design heavily influenced the flexible plan, which can adapt to future changes in passenger experience and operational adjustments of the airport. MHTN is privileged to execute Level 1 Concourses and Connector Bridges on this decade-long endeavor which is on target to be open and fully operational in 2020.
